By accessing or using SoCal Scoopers’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
SoCal Scoopers provides residential dog waste removal services. Our service includes the removal and disposal of dog waste from your yard according to the service plan you select.
As a customer of SoCal Scoopers, you agree to:
Provide accurate information about your property, pets, and service needs.
Ensure reasonable access to your property during scheduled service times.
Secure your pets during our service visits for the safety of both your pets and our technicians.
Notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any changes to your service schedule or property access.
Maintain a reasonably safe environment for our technicians to perform their services.
By providing your phone number to SoCal Scoopers, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us, including:
Service reminders
Scheduling updates
Account notifications
Customer support messages
Occasional promotional messages (optional)
Message Frequency: Varies based on service activity.
Message & Data Rates: May apply according to your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Privacy: We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing. Phone numbers are used solely for SoCal Scoopers’ service-related communication.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

SoCal Scoopers is not responsible for:
Pet Escape or Injury: We are not liable if your pet escapes from your property during our service, or if your pet sustains any injury related to our visit.
Property Damage: Normal wear and tear to lawns or landscaping that may occur during service.
Service Interruptions: Delays or inability to perform services due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-existing Conditions: Any pre-existing property conditions, including waste accumulation before the start of service.
Hidden Waste: Waste that is not visible or accessible during service (e.g., hidden under snow, leaves, or debris).
Payment for services is due according to the terms of your selected service plan. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances more than 15 days past due.
Customers may cancel recurring service at any time with 7 days’ notice. No refunds will be issued for partially completed service periods.
One-time service cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of your service visit. We will return and re-service your yard at no additional charge.
If you remain unsatisfied after the re-service, you may cancel with a full refund for that service period.
In no event shall SoCal Scoopers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the services.
All promotional offers are subject to the following terms:
Free Bin Deodorizing: Applies only to medium yards (1000–3000 sq ft) and large yards (3000+ sq ft) on the first scheduled service visit. Small yards (under 1000 sq ft) not eligible.
Promotional pricing and offers may change without notice and apply to new customers only unless otherwise specified.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
SoCal Scoopers reserves the right to verify eligibility and discontinue promotional offers at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date.
